We partnered with four specialty chefs who created simple recipes inspired by JUST Infused. We’re happy to share their creations and their reflections on their culinary roots and how they integrated Infused into their creations.

If you follow us on Instagram you may recognize Chef Hoppie. He kindly answered a few of our questions while coming up with a lemon and cherry infused salad creation.

JUST: Where do you live?
Chef Hoppie: Hurst, Texas.

JUST: How did you get into the culinary space?
Chef Hoppie: I grew up cooking. I started my own baking business at the age of 11 and have been working in the culinary industry ever since. Now, I cook for athletes such as Deion Sanders, Ezekiel Elliott and CeeDee Lamb, as well as other celebrities throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

JUST: What is your favorite food memory?
Chef Hoppie: Watching a new client take their first bite of one of my plates.

JUST: Tell us about your recipe.
Chef Hoppie: ‘Hoppie Pasta Salad’ pairs well with the Lemon Infused and Cherry Infused because the water is actually included in the recipe itself. It helps brighten the dish and adds a bit of extra flavor.

JUST: What do you like about these Infused flavors?
Chef Hoppie: The infused water tastes like there is real fruit floating in the water—a taste that is hard to mimic!
